    Job Title: Business Implementation Manager

     

    Duties & Responsibility:

    The Business Implementation Manager is a key role within Customer Communications. It has accountability to ensure that changes/enhancements to customer communications are implemented successfully into the digital platform.
    This role will also be responsible for the delivery of strategic improvements for Customer Communications and is a key member of the leadership team.
    Besides, the role shall demonstrate ability to handle clients, configuring and customizing client requirements and streamlining the implementation of various other processes and products.
    Advising clients on development of compliance programs and policies for medical products, and best practices for using the products.

    Main focus areas
    • System level qualification testing of medical devices, monitoring equipment, and automated medical information systems and software, to include all relevant documentation and adherence to applicable Quality System Regulations (QSR).
    • Lead and support the ongoing implementation of compliance programs and policies for medical products, initiatives that will be delivered by the Customer Communications team.
    • Facilitating the prioritisation of activity across Customer Communications for most effective use of resources to achieve our delivery across numerous initiatives.
    • Ensure we action/manage risk that may hinder the achievement of our initiatives along with best practices for using the medical products.
    • Negotiate with stakeholders where appropriate to drive outcomes and alignment with strategic goals
    • Lead the operational strategy for Customer Communications to ensure delivery of overall Operational plans.
    • Actively engage with the Customer Communications Leadership Team and the broader Operations teams on the delivery of priority initiatives.
    • Liaise with TAG & 3rd party vendors to ensure delivery of required solutions.

    Experience required

    • Financial Services industry experience is highly desirable
    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

    Job Title: Web Designer / Developer

     

    Duties & Responsibility:

    1. To create websites and update for our merchandise.
    2. Creation of digital advertising assets as part of our integrated marketing campaigns.
    3. The Web Designer will be responsible for the design, layout, and coding of websites.
    4. To get involved with the graphical and technical aspects of websites and also the maintenance and update of existing ones.
    5. Works with marketing and sales team to draw in and understand upcoming graphic design requirements
    6. Capable of managing own work schedule and can clearly report on progress, and estimate timelines for completion
    7. Producing creative as proposed for the website, display, email, social and more

    Skills/Experience/Qualifications

    1. Excellent all-round design skills.
    2. Strong experience designing websites.
    3. Strong experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
    4. Excellent organisational and Proven ability to manage the full extent of project requirements
